In March 2020, an online survey was conducted on "Public History in the modern Greek School; dimensions, attitudes and limits". The research was addressed to teachers of Primary and Secondary Education; in the case of Secondary -deliberately- not only to philologists or to ones who teach History, but to all the teachers, since the main goal was for the participants to express themselves under their broader status, that of the active citizen. In this paper, a first presentation of the findings collected in the last two -out of fifteen (15) in total- research questions is made. These two are questions that explore the personal opinion of the participants about the relationship between Public, School and Academic History. The reader will find below a short presentation of the identity of the research, the findings in the two concrete questions and, at the end, a discussion/ commentary on them, based on relevant bibliographic references.
