The present research work deals with the case study of twenty-four (24) students who attend Kindergarten and next school year will go to Primary School. Our research program was implemented in a Kindergarten of the Epirus Region during the school year 2017-2018. The measurements were based on the achievement of teaching objectives according to the New Curriculum for Kindergarten, from October 2017 to March 2018. The research showed that the application of Differentiated Teaching and Learning in the teaching of Natural Sciences according to the New Curriculum for Kindergarten (2014) helped all students to be actively involved in the process of acquiring knowledge but also to use in their daily lives concepts, skills and experiences from the natural sciences. The importance of the teaching methodology for the natural sciences was also noted as it is adapted to the interests of Preschool children.
