The presented study examined the participating teachers' motives, level of satisfaction and the attitudes towards the First and Second Level professional development programmes in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Moreover, their intentions towards further participation in such programmes were measured. The data was collected via questionnaire from a sample of 272 primary and secondary education teachers. The results showed that the programmes were relatively positively evaluated, without, however, achieving a universal level of satisfaction, as far as the design of their structure and the delivery of their content are concerned. Moreover, the teachers claimed a high level of intention towards future ICT professional development. The presented results could be utilized in the design and delivery of future ICT professional development programmes in order to further assist teachers to incorporate ICT in their daily practices.
