Abstract

The purpose of this microresearch is to investigate and propose a plan for admitting teachers in secondary schools and primary education who are either newly appointed or placed through transfer process. The integration program aims at the teachers’ adaptation to the educational context of each school unit in the smoothest possible way, contributing to its effective operation. The action framework was shaped after interviewing five secondary school directors of the Prefecture of Heraklion in 2018.
