Abstract

It is well established, that the quality and the outcomes of education are highly dependent on the scientific and pedagogical competence and abilities of the teachers. Based on this reasoning, it is considered that the holistic and specialized preparation and readiness of educators in Inclusion Classes plays a crucial role in their wise and effective functioning. In this empirical work, an extensive and long-winded investigation and negotiation of the views and opinions of Inclusion Classes’ educators working in the prefecture of Lasithi, is being explored in correlation to the scientific profile, which could characterize the qualified special education teacher.
