In a world that is constantly changing due to technological development and the knowledge explosion, modern professionals must continuously adapt to the new conditions in order to be effective. Prerequisite for all the above is the ongoing reflection of the professionals on their working style, their choices, the results of their work etc. So, the teacher also needs to revise their traditional role and turn to practices that make them “researcher” and “reformer” of the educational process. Through reflection, the teacher will be equipped with all the necessary skills in order to be able to improve the results of their work, identifying mistakes and weaknesses. This research is an attempt to examine whether teachers of primary and secondary education reflect on issues related to social justice during their teaching or not.
