Abstract

The main aim of the new Ancient Greek Language Programme in High School is the differentiated instruction of the lesson both at a teaching design and educational practice level as part of the attempt to change students' negative attitudes towards Ancient Greek. This article proposes the design and organization of Ancient Greek Language instruction based on Howard Gardner's theory of Multiple Intelligences. In particular, the proposal is to differentiate the learning process, the way the student processes and understands the content of the course based on his/her intelligence profile.
