The Project Method and its Contribution in Establishing Good Interpersonal Relationships Among Student Teachers – Research

The subject matter of our study is the investigation carried out by university students of the role that the project method plays in teacher training.
This project method was conducted at the Department of Primary Education - Democritus University of Thrace. An anonymous written questionnaire was employed as the tool of our research. The participant teachers worked in groups over a period of 10 appointed weekly meetings with a duration of up to 2 hours each. As a result of the cooperation and good interpersonal relationships established during this research, the teachers remember fondly their participation, they have valued the knowledge they have acquired and have developed critical thinking.
