The request for school effectiveness is associated with the operation of the school as an institution. The school effectiveness is not identical to the results of the school as an institution, but viewed as the extent to which each school achieves its objectives, depending on the students’ profiles and specific conditions in the school or in the wider context. In school effectiveness affect multiple factors: students, teachers, school’s climate and culture, curriculum e.tc. This paper focuses on one of the above factors, that of school. Specifically, presented one of the practices that could contribute to the improvement of school effectiveness: creating learning community in the school.
