ANNEX 1: Recommendation of the European Commission on Turkey's progress towards accession

Abstract

Recommendacion is not a detached paper, but it finds a place in the conclusion section of Strategy Papers. ln the conclusion section of Strategy Papers, the Commission makes recommendations to the EU Council under the light of evaluations in regular reports. This year the Commission submitted the Recommendacion on Turkey to the European Parliament and the Council as a decached Communication.
