Σπουδές και έρευνα στην ιστορία της τέχνης: το παράδειγμα της Γαλλίας

LA présente étude constitue un aperçu sommaire de la situation des études et de la recherche en histoire de l’art en France en l’espace de dix dernières années marquées par la réforme des études suite au processus de Bologne et à l’ établissement de l’Institut National d’Histoire de l’Art. L’ expansion dynamique de l’histoire de l’art, grâce en grande partie au fonctionnement de cette institution, paraît, à l’heure actuelle incontestable. Or sous le poids d’une lourde tradition formaliste et descriptive, provenant des conditions de l’évolution historique de la discipline en France ainsi que de ses rapports complexes avec le monde des musées, quelles sont actuellement les axes de la recherche privilégiés en histoire de l’art? Est-ce qu’on peut en discerner un renouvellement des outils méthodologiques? Sans prétendre à l’exhaustivité, cette contribution vise à s’inscrire dans une problématique de cartographie et de réfl exion sur les développements récents de notre discipline.
