Το ερευνητικό πρόγραμμα ‘Αγγελίες ελληνικών εντύπων’

Το ερευνητικό πρόγραμμα αφορά την ιστορία του ελληνικού εντύπου και επικεντρώνεται σε μία πηγή: τις εκδοτικές αγγελίες, τις ειδικές, δηλαδή, διαφημιστικές ανακοινώσεις που στόχευαν στην προσέλκυση συνδρομητών και γενικότερα αγοραστών για τα υπό έκδοση έντυπα. Βασικός στόχος του προγράμματος υπήρξε η συγκέντρωση και συστηματική παρουσίαση των αγγελιών που δημοσιεύτηκαν στον Τύπο κατά την περίοδο 1864-1900. Επιλέχτηκαν και αποδελτιώθηκαν αντιπροσωπευτικές, μεγάλης κυκλοφορίας, εφημερίδες που καλύπτουν ένα σημαντικό τμήμα του συνόλου του Τύπου της εποχής: η Ακρόπολις, η Εφημερίς, η Εφημερὶς των φιλομαθών και η Παλιγγενεσία από την Αθήνα, ο Νεολόγος Κωνσταντινουπόλεως από την Κωνσταντινούπολη, και η Αμάλθεια από τη Σμύρνη. Οι εργασίες αποδελτίωσης στηρίχτηκαν στο υλικό των εφημερίδων που διαθέτει η Βιβλιοθήκη της Βουλής στην Αθήνα και οι Βιβλιοθήκες του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης και του Ινστιτούτου Μεσογειακών Σπουδών στο Ρέθυμνο.
